It is portable, and has a ratchet handle for ease of tightening , which makes it so simple to install & remove.

This steel bracket is designed to suit wooden or aluminium sign boards with various frame size widths, opening to accommodate any thickness between 30mm to 67.5 mm and any flag pole with a diameter of up to 33mm
